• About Allen

Allen Curreri is a driven, experienced professional working within the healthcare industry.

Allen Curreri is the Sr. Medical Writer & Principal Investigator. Allen’s operational day to day includes writing and collaboration on SME medical device writing, Informed Consent, CTDs, DSURs, Manuscripts, Protocol Amendments, FDA Briefing Documents, and more. He enjoys managing and mentoring junior Medical Writers and writing contractors. The review of clinical data for a medical device or a therapeutic drug is part of his preparations for FDA submissions. This is a fraction of the excellent work Mr. Curreri does. His therapeutic areas of expertise include Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Oncology, Orthobiologics, and Orthopedics.

While Allen Curreri's interests have since diverged into both management and research, his primary educational background lies in business. He began his studies in the field at Dalton State University, where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Soon after, he began his MBA studies at Georgia Southern University. After he received his MBA, Curreri took a few years' breaks from academics before returning to school in 2013 to pursue his Doctorate of Philosophy in Management. His current research position is affiliated with his doctoral institution, Case Western University.

In addition to his goal of revamping and improving existing healthcare training, Allen is also interested in pursuing nonprofit ventures. He is currently in the process of launching a nonprofit organization based on raising student loan funding for students in inner cities.

A Second Chance At a Bright Future: Education for All

Did you know that almost 200,000 students have been denied much-needed federal student aid for college, all because of a one-time mistake? Allen Curreri wants to change that, and give every student what the education they deserve. Here's how.

    Why St. Jude's Needs YOU

If your heart cracks when you hear terrible stories about preschoolers having chemo when they should be having nothing but fun; if you think the teams of doctors and scientists working tirelessly to end childhood disease deserve the means to continue research and healing - you should consider aiding St. Jude's work.

Running for the Holidays: Not the Advice You Expect

It’s almost the holidays! It’s the perfect time good food and better company, a time for generosity, good cheer, friends, and family. It’s also the perfect time to let your training schedule lapse just a little bit.

You read that right – I’m not just saying you’ll be forgiven if you fall a little short, I’m actually arguing that you should make sure you do.
